About Núodle 牛一嘴

Let me introduce you to Núodle 牛一嘴, a Chinese noodle restaurant tucked into the lively University District at 4245 University Wy NE, Seattle, WA 98105, United States, and already a go-to spot when I want something warm, fast, and deeply satisfying. Walking past, you get that low-key, neighborhood feel, and once inside, the focus is clearly on noodles done right rather than flashy distractions. Núodle 牛一嘴 leans hard into comfort food, serving bowls that feel familiar yet bold, which makes it perfect for both quick lunches and casual dinners with friends. I like how the menu speaks directly to noodle lovers who want rich flavors without the wait, so grabbing a quick bite never feels rushed or careless. If you’re juggling a busy schedule, the service options make life easier, since you can choose dine-in when you want to slow down, takeaway when you’re on the move, or delivery and no-contact delivery for nights when staying in just makes more sense. On warmer days, outdoor seating adds a relaxed touch, letting you enjoy your noodles while soaking in the neighborhood energy. What really stands out to me about Núodle 牛一嘴 is how consistent it feels, because every visit delivers the same comforting rhythm of savory broth, satisfying textures, and portions that hit the sweet spot between filling and indulgent. The space attracts students, locals, and anyone craving honest Chinese noodle dishes, which creates a friendly, no-pressure vibe that’s easy to settle into. Okay, Nuodle…you’re pretty tasty! We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was here. These dishes had a lot of flavor!!! And seemed authentic. You can choose your own noodles if you order a soup and they have several different options to choose from. You order from a kiosk then sit down and wait for your number to be called. We didn’t wait long and food comes out pretty quickly. You pick it up at the counter then you bus your own table. Utensils and napkins are in a hidden drawer at the end of the table. I wish there were signs telling us that! I also wish they had actual soup spoons. Instead they have flimsy, plastic spoons. Overall, though, pretty good flavor and big portions!

Very tasty hidden gem on the ave! I highly recommend the braised pork and rice, along with ordering a side of pickled greens. All the staff were very kind and helpful, I will definitely be back!

The hand pulled noodles are really good, the soup and flavors are super tasty. The price is about as cheap as possible in Seattle but the portions are great! I’ve had the original and the beef rib soups both were delicious. The atmosphere is nice and cozy but not stuffy. I like how there’s spoons/napkins in the tables.

Tell us what you ordered and what it cost. Two or three sentences about one dish is more useful to the next person than a star rating.
